Dog Boarding Policy
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all dogs in our care, we ask that all clients review and follow our boarding policies:
Vaccination Requirements
All dogs must be current on vaccinations, including Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), and Bordetella. Proof of vaccination must be provided prior to or at check-in.
Health & Behavior
Dogs must be in good health and free from contagious illnesses, parasites, or injuries. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue boarding for any dog displaying signs of illness or aggressive behavior.
Check-In & Check-Out
Please adhere to scheduled drop-off and pick-up times. Late pick-ups may incur additional fees.
Food
Owners are encouraged to bring their dog’s regular food to avoid digestive upset. 
Medications
We are happy to administer medications with clear, written instructions. Please ensure all medications are properly labeled.
Emergency Care
In the event of a medical emergency, we will make every effort to contact the owner. If unreachable, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense.
Payment & Cancellations
Payment is due at booking unless otherwise arranged. Cancellations may be subject to a fee, especially during holidays or peak seasons.
Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure safety, owners acknowledge that group care and boarding environments carry inherent risks.
